Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery - Cape Spirits Inc

Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery is a family-run distillery located in Cape Coral. If you are looking for a unique date experience or a fun outing away from the kids, this is the place to go!

The distillery uses only Florida grown sugar cane and local, natural ingredients. The spirits they make are vegan, gluten free, use less sugar and are award winning!

Guests at Wicked Dolphin Rum Distillery are able to tour the facility, taste test the spirits, and see the process by which the rum is made. The guided tour will take you through the steps of how Wicked Dolphin sources their ingredients, how they cook, ferment, and distill the spirits in the distillery plant, as well as take you to the barrel room where they will show you how the spirits get their unique color and taste. The distillery uses aged American white oak barrels that were once used as bourbon barrels for Kentucky Bourbon.

This is a fantastic and unique experience for anyone interested in learning more about the distillery process with the added bonus of tasting the process.
