Artis-Naples
The premium center for visual arts in Southwest, Florida is the Artis-Naples. This institution holds the Naples Philharmonic, the Baker Museum, and a multi-functional performing program that puts together over 300 events each year. Concerts, exhibitions, and educational events are held for adults as well as children.
This center was created to support the diverse community here in Naples and serve as a source of inspiration for all who gather.
The theatre puts on a wide variety of performances such as Masterworks, Broadway shows, Jazz, and much more. The option to subscribe to a series of performances allows you to gain first choice of seating and discounts on tickets to future performances.
The Baker Museum places great emphasis on contemporary and modern art. It's a host to many traveling exhibitions designed to add occasional variety to their permanent collection. It is home to so many extraordinary pieces of art that are cemented in history, and it's certainly a must see if you're heading to Artis-Naples for a show.
Each year a new theme is organized for their visual/performing arts program. The theme for the 2021-22 season is " esprit de corps" which translates to "spirit of the body." This idea was chosen to demonstrate a sense of community after the challenges we have faced in the last year. Artis-Naples is eager to be able to host shows once again.
